To Whom It May Concern:
"I am writing today to share a recent experience that my husband and I had with a Realtor from Realty Executives, Marianne Leopold...
"...we were living in New York and came out to this area (Santa Clarita) with the intention of finding a place to live. We had a very aggressive schedule and only had one week to find a place. We had been given the name of a Realtor in this area who had been referred to us by a friend. I spoke with this gentleman on numerous occasions to explain to him what features we were looking for, what location we were considering, and to discuss our price range. Upon arriving here, we met with this realtor and after three-quarters of a day with him, we quickly realized that he did not understand our needs and was trying to guide us away from some of the things that we were very firm about...
"All of the houses that he proposed for us were entirely inappropriate for our needs...It goes without saying that when we left this Realtor, most of the day gone and nothing accomplished, we were very disheartened. When you add to this the fact that we were on a very tight time schedule, you can understand how stressed and concerned we were. It was at this time that we happened upon your office. We were met very graciously by Marianne and we explained to her our precarious situation.
"Marianne enthusiastically accepted the task and listened very attentively to our needs. She was able to tailor her choices to exactly meet the criteria that we had been looking for and she worked tirelessly to help us. By the time we had arrived at the office, it was nearly four o'clock in the afternoon. The rest of that day and evening, thanks to Marianne, we were able to see six houses, all of which could meet our needs. But, Marianne did not stop here. The next day we met first thing in the morning and saw twelve more houses. Her energy level and motivation was endless.
"When we finally did find the property that we wanted to definitively move forward with, Marianne again stayed at the office until almost ten o'clock in the evening to make sure that the contract was drawn up completely and accurately.
"Thanks to her, we have just recently closed on our new home. We had a very aggressive time schedule and there was a lot of question as to whether we were going to be able to undertake such a task in the very short time that we had. But, thanks entirely to Marianne, we were able to find a great place to live and we are so grateful for her help! I would recommend working with Marianne for your property needs without hesitation."
